Black History Month is significant to the Greater Baltimore Black Chamber of Commerce, established in 2006 during Black History Month to advocate on behalf of Black businesses in the Baltimore region and address public policy having adverse effects on Black businesses and the African American communities we serve. To advance our Mission to empower Black businesses we established GBBCC Foundation in 2021 to secure resources needed for business & economic development in communities of color. In 2023 we continue to build on the legacy of our Founders and nurture new leaders as GBBCC seeks to strengthen communities of color. |
